Abe's Black Tea
Black tea began its history in China, as most teas did. It was referred to in its early days as red tea and was exclusively grown in China. Now it has expanded to many different growing regions in the world especially in India. Black tea consist of four major steps in preparation that contribute to its unique flavor. Withering, rolling, oxidation, and drying.
Each tea master has his own way of completing these four steps which results in a wide range of flavors in black teas.
